Pastor Terry Bunner was born in Ohio and grew up in West Virginia. He graduated from Harrisville High School in 1977. Shortly after graduation while camping in a state park, he met some Pentecostals who invited him to church. One of these ladies had been his High School English teacher. Sis. Jan Bunner was born and raised in the small community of Soapstone, LA. At age 17 she received the Holy Ghost and was baptized in Jesus’ Name at Simmons Mill UPC. From the time she was filled with God’s Spirit, she has always had a passionate desire to work for the Kingdom of God. That passion for ministry drew her to Jackson College of Ministries in Jackson, MS, where she entered the School of Missions. Read more...
Mary Records was born in Lafayette, LA, and then in 1990 her family moved to Morgan City where her father became pastor at New Life. This church has a special place in her heart, as it is where she was baptized in Jesus’ Name, filled with the Holy Ghost, and first felt a strong desire to worship. In 1992 her family felt a call to share the gospel in Wyoming, where she spent most of her childhood. She helped her parents at the church teaching Sunday school, singing, and playing the piano. She moved back to Louisiana when she was in her teens, and graduated from DeRidder High School in 2003. Read more...
